Fraction Sorter allows students to practice comparing fractions.

To use Fraction Sorter, select two to four fractions to build. Select either circles or squares. Using the circles, choose either the 'Sec+' or 'Sec-' buttons to divide the shape into sections. Using the squares, use the 'Row-', 'Row+', and 'Col', 'Col+' buttons to divide the shape into sections. The sections represent the denominator of the fraction. To represent the numerator, click the correct number of sections inside the shape. Click 'Check' immediately above the circle or square to see if your answer is correct. If the answers are correct, drag the grey bar, below the circles, into the empty boxers and place them in order from the lowest to the highest. Click the 'Check' button at the top of the screen to see if the order is correct. To clear the fractions, click the 'New' button and start again.
